To configure all projects to learn on a set schedule complete the following steps.

  1. On the main menu, click the Schedule Global Learning icon . The Schedule Learning dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the Activate check box and enter the following information.
    1. In the Time Interval field, enter a value that denotes the interval in which the project is scheduled to learn.
    2. In the Time Unit field, enter the unit of measurement for calculating the time. For example, days, hours, or minutes.
      Note: The Time Interval and the Time Unit fields are used in conjunction with each other to create the schedule. For example, entering the Time Interval value as 30 and selecting Minute as the Time Unit triggers a schedule learning every 30 minutes.
    3. [Optional] Select the Start scheduling based on specific time of a day check box and enter the start time in hours and minutes in the Schedule Start Time (HH:mm) box. This activates the learning schedule at a particular time of the day, using a 24 hours-based clock.
    Note: The start time is based on the local time of the server.
  3. Click Submit. The project learning schedule is activated.
