To modify an existing field definition, complete the following steps.

  1. On the class viewer area of a project, click a class’s thumbnail to select it and then click the Edit project fields icon .
  2. In the Edit Project Fields dialog box, click the field to be modified. The field’s definition is displayed.
  3. Modify the information, as required.
  4. Click Save.
    Note:
    • For the field that contains the detected document class, you can modify only the name.
    • If you change the field type in a project which has existing training documents, you must revisit each document and check that the entry is still valid.
