To re-register the COM components, complete the following steps.

  1. In the [Installation path]\Brainware Intelligent Capture Web Server\Bin directory, run Register Web Server.bat as administrator.
  2. In the [Installation path]\Brainware Intelligent Capture Web Server\Bin directory, open Register Web Server.log in a text editor and check the file for errors.
