This release has the following enhancements or updates to existing features.

Category Description

BFI Installer
  • BFI Installer now includes a Verifier Workstation installation and upgrade option. This installs or upgrades the ICAL DLLs only and replaces the ICAL Installer which is no longer included in the BFI 24.1 release.
  • Added a silent mode so that both installation and upgrade can be conducted through the command prompt.
Extraction General extraction improvements made based on customer examples provided.
Customisation Added the ability to create custom header parameters for each processing profile.
Line Items Added the ability to configure the line item validation for NO-PO invoices so that only the line item total is mandatory.
Oracle Added support for Oracle purchase order shipments.
Line Pairing
  • Added an option to default the unit price for a paired line item.
  • Added an option to default a single line item for NO-PO invoices.
Export
  • Added batch ID and STP flag as standard export header fields.
  • Added an option to refresh the SAP and Workday settings prior to document export so that any changes to the connection or authentication details are picked up.
