No Touch Mode |
BFI can now be set to run in No Touch Mode. If activated, this switches off the Verifier application and documents that normally stop for extraction verification are routed to export instead. An enhanced XML export file contains the field validation error messages that the user would otherwise have seen in Verifier. Use of No Touch Mode is appropriate for customers that do not want a separate exception queue for Capture issues, but instead prefer any manual document processing steps to be performed in a single exception handling location in a downstream AP workflow. The No Touch Mode feature also includes a new ICAL Invoice Utilities DLL. This DLL can be added as a reference in a downstream AP workflow and provides methods to perform the following once user corrections have been made:
