The Exclude Coursework is an optional feature that enables you to exclude the coursework details that are captured from college transcripts. You can then verify the document without the coursework information.

Note: This feature is currently applicable only to college transcripts.

To exclude college coursework information from the transcript, complete the following step.

  1. Process a college transcript document and open the batch in Verifier or Verifier Test Mode in Designer.
  2. Click Exclude Coursework. A confirmation message appears.
  3. Click Exclude. The coursework information is excluded and a new row of dummy coursework with false placeholder values is created which is populated through the config file.
    Note: You can include the coursework information again. To include the coursework information, click Exclude Coursework. The coursework information is included.
    Note: To stop including dummy coursework information, set the GRL_OP_IncludeDummyCourseworkRow parameter to No in the Global directory of the <project>.ini file.
