This field is used to indicate if the final transcript for a college or high school is in-progress or final status depending on whether the student is continuing a course or has completed it.

You can use this field in Brainware Verifier to select whether the transcript is in Final or In-Progress status, at the time of document verification.

Note: This field is only available for college and high-school document class.

The values for this field can be configured using SCM. Also, the field labels are updated in the Verifier form based on the label settings in SCM. For more information, refer to Configure the Custom Field Value Settings.

The values selected for this field are displayed in the XML file obtained at the time of exporting the documents.

Note: This field is displayed only if it is marked as Active in the Field Settings page in SCM. To show or hide this field:
  1. In SCM, go to Profile Settings > Field Settings and locate the relevant field.
  2. Under the Active column, select the check box to mark the field as active.

You can also modify the default value of this field under the Default Value column. For more information on specific fields, see Configure the field settings.
