You can modify reference files as well as the default export file, or you can create a reference file from scratch. Each line in the file represents the results of one document. To modify a reference file, complete the following steps.

  1. Open an existing REF file or create a new file with a text editor.
  2. Add the required lines to the file according to the following structure.
    <file name><TAB><class><TAB><field 1><TAB>…<TAB><field n>

    Example: CaptureInvoice.tif<TAB>Invoices<TAB>$5.489,98<TAB>10324

  3. Save and close the file.
