To configure the Brainware Layout Classification Engine, complete the following steps.

1. Switch to Definition Mode.
2. In the left pane, on the Classes tab, right-click a class and then click Show Properties.
3. In the right pane, on the Classification tab, select Brainware Layout Classification Engine.
4. In the left pane, on the Classes tab, select the project.
5. In the right pane, on the Classification tab, select Brainware Layout Classification engine.
6. Optional. On the Brainware Layout Classification tab, from the Brainware View list, select a view or click Insert to insert a new view
7. If required, to return Yes, modify the YES Threshold value to define the minimum confidence for a class within the view.
8. If required, to return Yes, modify the YES Distance value to define the minimum distance to the second-best class within the view.
9. If required, to return No, modify the NO Threshold value to define the maximum confidence for a class within the view.
10. Optional. To restrict the classification to certain areas within the documents, modify the settings on the Regions tab.

11. Optional. On the Extended tab, modify the settings.
