To create new Unicode input source language file, complete the following steps.

1. Launch Microsoft Word.
2. Open the language text file.
3. From the File menu, select Save as.
4. In the Save As dialog box, from the Save as type list, select Plain Text and then click Save.
5. In the File Conversion dialog box, under Text encoding, select Other encoding.
6. From the encoding list, select Unicode and click OK.
7. Change the file extension to LNG.
8. Copy the LNG file to the \LangPool\Source directory.
