To create the registry key, complete the following steps.

  1. Launch the Windows registry editor.
  2. Complete one of the following substeps.
    • For a 32-bit machine, navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Hyland_BW\Cedar]
    • For a 64-bit machine, navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Hyland_BW\Cedar].
  3. In the right pane, right-click and then click New > String Value.
  4. In the Name field, enter EncryptLearnSetKey and then press Enter.
  5. Right-click the EncryptLearnSetKey key and then click Modify.
  6. In the Edit String dialog box, in the Value data field, enter the custom encryption key and then click OK.
    Note: The maximum character length for the key is 255.
