Before you begin designing your project, you need enough documents to prepare and test your project. To prepare the sample and test documents, complete the following steps.

1. Create a directory for the sample documents.
2. Create a directory for the test documents.
3. In the sample directory, create subdirectories for each class.
4. Copy the documents to the corresponding subdirectories.
5. Create separate batches for each subdirectory performing only the import and OCR steps.
