The Check Analysis engine is a combined analysis and evaluation engine which extracts fields specific to checks without requiring a prior OCR.
The engine cross-validates the Courtesy Amount Recognition and Legal Amount Recognition amounts, detecting possible mismatches. The Check Analysis engine also provides signature-presence verification. For each extracted field the check analysis provides a position and a number of weighted candidate values or texts.
