To define column labels and formats, complete the following steps.
For multi-line
labels, no special settings are required as they are automatically combined to
one label during table analysis.
- In the right pane, on the Labels & Formats tab, from the Column Name list, select a column.

Click the
Insert label
button.
- In the Label column, enter a name for the label.
- Repeat the previous steps for all required labels.

Optional. To delete a column, click the
Delete columns
button.

Optional. To specify column formats, complete the following
substeps.

Click the
Insert
format
button.
- In the Formats column, enter the format string.
- In the Compare Type column, select a type. For more information, see Compare Methods and Regular Expressions.
- Repeat the previous steps for all required format strings.
