For each table, you need to specify the method you want to use to search for the top. Complete the following steps.

In the right pane, on the
Top of Table tab, complete any of the
following steps.
- Select Search label line.
- Select Search
header. Note: Use this setting only in combination with a fixed column layout.
- Select Use fix position and then, in the First page and the Subsequent pages fields, specify the distance from the top of page in millimeters. If you analyze the document, the specified position highlights in the document area. Use this setting only in combination with a fixed column layout.
- Select Search edges to enable the Table Analysis Engine to find table columns by searching for edges. As it finds columns, you would select the columns that you defined for the table on the Column tab. To make this mapping, use either script, or for invoices, the Column Mapping tab that has mapping with fields that are predefined. Within the script, you can navigate through the cells of the columns to check the content. The combo box on this tab contains the column names that are defined on the column tab. You can select the column name that corresponds to the Description, Price, and so on. You can define the table columns that you want to write to the workdoc on the Column tab. With multiple options, the analysis stops when the first criterion is met.

Skip field, enter a number to skip a number of
text lines below the tabletop.
