The anchor type Fit to Text allows to locate a specific document search text. To configure this anchor type, complete the following steps.

  1. Position and size the anchor so that it contains only the search text.
  2. Right-click the anchor and then click Properties.
  3. In the Anchor Properties dialog box, click Text Recognition Settings.
  4. In the Text-Anchor OCR Properties dialog box, configure the required recognition engine and then click OK.
  5. In the Anchor Properties dialog box, click Learn.

    The learned search text appears within Properties and is outlined by a dotted green box on the document image. The anchor is then be enlarged automatically to increase the likelihood of locating the search text on subsequent documents.

  6. Optional. Further enlarge the anchor by resizing the anchor on the document image.
  7. If you later need to relearn the anchor, repeat the previous steps, so that the anchor searches for only the search text and not all text within the enlarged anchor.
