Create Learnsets for a Single Field - Designer - Foundation 23.1 - Foundation 23.1 - Brainware - external

To create learnsets for a single field in a class, complete the following steps.

1. Switch to Document Selection Mode.
2. In the left pane, select the first document from the batch that contains the documents for your learnset.
3. Switch to Normal Train Mode.
4. On the Classes tab, in the lower left pane, double-click the class you want to train.
   In the Fields tab, the fields of the selected class display. The fields are empty and the first field is selected. Candidate highlighting is turned on automatically.
5. On the toolbar, click the Classify / analyze current document button to highlight all candidates for the first field on the document.
6. Complete the following substeps.
   1. In the middle pane, click the correct candidate.
      The candidate’s text is written to the field, and the field’s background color changes to green.
   2. To add the current document to the extraction learnset, on the toolbar, click the Add document to Learn Set button.
      Note: The program continues automatically with the next document and the selected field.
   3. Repeat the previous steps until you have enough samples.
