Designer stores user credentials either in the project file or in the database.
Designer and Verifier can use the users contained in the database to authenticate to the project if the Allow Database Authentication option is enabled.
Designer and Verifier first attempt to authenticate against the user stored in the project file. If the user is not available in the project, and Allow Database Authentication is enabled, the application attempts to authenticate against database users.
Web Verifier always authenticates against database users.
