Auto-completion helps to speed up data entry. When you start typing, the feature completes the word, suggesting the best matching items among all of the words or candidates available after OCR and format analysis.
Example
You type two or more characters of a 20-character invoice. The auto-completion feature finds the best matching candidate suggested by the Format Analysis engine and places it in that field. The auto-selected text also highlights in the original document. Select whether a single-line or a multi-line text field displays. The candidate highlights in green if the field is valid and in orange if the field is invalid. To override auto-completion, continue typing.
The auto-completion feature for a header field automatically selects the best candidate from the available ones. However, the viewer updates only if the candidate appears once in the document. Otherwise the viewer remains blank when auto-text completes the word for the field. This function works in the Highlight Candidates mode only.
Do not insert formatted text for auto-completion. Auto-completion does not work on formatted text and characters incorrectly read by OCR.
