You can correct the content of table cells by appending or replacing strings selected from the document.

A candidate is a string that matches the learned words for that cell. It highlights in green when you select it after selecting the cell. A string that does not belong to any candidates for that cell highlights in orange when selected. The append feature takes the current word behind the candidate and appends the cell text. It places the text in the best location, either right or left of the word.

In the search region, candidates are all words that are not covered (by location) by other table cells and that have the same beginnings as the whole text of the cell.
