To append or replace text in a table cell, complete the following steps.
- In the toolbar, select the Highlight all candidates button.

To select a cell, complete one of the following substeps.
- In the left pane, select the required table cell.
- In the document, right-click a candidate and then click Select Cell.

Complete one of the following actions.
Situation Steps The word is a candidate. - To append the selected word in the cell, in the document, right-click the required word and then click Append Cell Text by Word.
- To replace the cell content, in the document, double-click the required word.
The word is not a candidate. - To append the selected word in the field, right-click the box and then click Append Cell Text by Word.
- To replace the field content with the selected word, right-click the box and then click Replace Cell Text by Word, or press Ctrl and click the word.
