To correct the table structure, complete the following steps.

To correct the column structure of a table, in the left pane,
complete any of the following substeps.
- To clear all data for a column, right-click the column header and then click Unmap Column.
- To exchange the position of the current column, right-click the column header, click Swap Column, and then select the column you want to exchange the current column with.

To correct the row structure of a table, in the left pane,
complete any of the following substeps.
- To insert an empty row above the current one, right-click the row number and then click Insert Row.
- To delete a row, right-click the row number and then click Delete Row.
- To append an empty row at the bottom of the table, right-click any row number and then click Append Row.
- To merge rows, select the required rows, right-click any row number and then click Merge Rows.
- Type the correct values in the cells and then press Enter to validate the table.
