The administrator can filter batches by performing a query that would retrieve a subset of records. It enables the administrator to easily manage and show a subset of batches. The subset can be further filtered by specifying that the MMC only return a specified number of TOP records and not the whole result list.
You can filter the batch list for each of the columns or for a combination of several columns in the Batch view.
