To download emails from the Inbox folder on the Exchange server using the MAPI profile “RTS_Import”, complete the following step.
In the Import tab, in the Email
Import section, select Download emails from Exchange
server using “RTS_Import” profile.
Note: After successful download, the instance moves the
emails to the deleted items folder on the Exchange server.
If an error occurs, the email moves to the [ImportDirectory]_bad_mail folder on the Exchange server.
