To create separate workdocs for the message file and the attachments, complete the following step.
In the Import tab, in the Email
Import section, select one of following options.
- To enable the option to create separate workdocs for the message file and the attachments, select Download emails from Exchange server using RTS_Import profile.
- To disable the option to add the MSG file and its attachments into one workdoc, clear Download emails from Exchange server using RTS_Import profile.
