Prior to installing BIC Solution Configuration Manager, you must install Microsoft IIS according to the instructions provided on the Microsoft website.
During the installation of IIS 7, make sure that you install the following Role Services:

Directory Browsing

HTTP Errors
- Static Content

HTTP Logging
- Static Content Compression
- Request Filtering
- .NET Extensibility 4.8

ASP.NET 4.8
- ISAPI Extentions
- ISAPI Filters

You should also install and enable the following in IIS for Windows Server 2019 or lower.
- IIS Management Console
- IIS 6 Metabase Compatibility
- Management Service
Note: For Windows Server 2022, these are installed by
default.
