The workflow settings allow you to define the workflow of documents processed by Web Verifier. After each processing step, output states are assigned to batches, which distinguish success from failure.
To modify the workflow settings, complete the following steps.
- In the Settings view, select the Workflow tab.

To activate or deactivate a workflow step, click the corresponding
button.
- Document Separation
- Classification Verification
- Extraction Verification

Optional. To add an input state, complete the following substeps.
- In the Input State field, right-click and then click Add State.
- In the Add State dialog box, type a new input state and then click OK.
- Optional. To remove an input state, in the Input State field, right-click and then click Remove State.

Optional. To change an input state, complete the following
substeps.
- In the Input State field, right-click and then click Change State.
- In the Change State dialog box, type a new value and then click OK.
- In the Input State field, select a value.
- From the Output State list, select a value.

To enable Brainware Intelligent Capture to automatically extract
data after the user manually classified a document, select
Perform automatic extraction after manual classification.
Note: This option is only available if the Output State of the Classification Verification workflow step matches the Input State of the Extraction Verification step.
- To skip valid documents when the user clicks the Next Document button or to disable access to already validated documents, select Disable navigation to valid documents.
- To navigate directly to the next invalid batch without displaying the confirmation release dialog box, select Hide batch release dialog.

To open the first available invalid batch in the batch list,
select
By default open the first available invalid batch and not the
selected one.
Note: When you clear this option, the batch selected in the list opens.
