If the word is a candidate for a field, you can copy it into the field box. A candidate is a word that matches the learned selections for the field. To copy text to the field box, complete the following steps.

Ensure the word fits the format analysis rules for the specific field.
  1. On the document, click on the text you want to copy. A box appears around the word.
  2. Double-click on the text or right-click in the text, and then select Copy to Current Field.
    Note: You can insert only one candidate per field per document verification session.
