To specify the General settings, complete the following
steps.
- In the Settings view, select the General tab.

The project file contains the forms used to verify the automated processing. Do
any of the following.
- To use one project file to process all batches, select Use project file and then set the Project dropdown to the desired project. Project loading will occur on login or when returning to the Batch View.
- To use the project used to import each batch, select Use batch specific project file. Project loading will occur when a batch is opened, as required.
- Set the Job dropdown to the name of the job which contains the batches to be processed.

To change the Web Verifier user interface language, set the
Application Language to the required language.
Note:
- Web Verifier supports Chinese Simplified or Chinese Traditional, Danish, Dutch, English, French, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.
- Language selection within the login dialog will take priority.

Optional. To automatically display newly generated batches, select
Automatic Batch Refresh. If the option is cleared,
you can use the Refresh button
below the batch list.

Optional. To skip all the valid fields and focus on the invalid fields only,
select Tab through invalid fields only.
Note: When you press Tab inside a table, the system tabs through invalid table cells only. This option also applies for tabbing backwards by pressing Shift + Tab.
- Optional. To speed up typing, select Enable text typing auto-completion. When you start typing, auto-text completes the word, suggesting the best match among all the words or candidates available after OCR and Format Analysis.
- Optional. To enable auto-completion for the current page only, select Use currently opened page only.
- Click Save.
