To log on using Windows authentication, complete the following steps.

  1. Open the Web Verifier start page.
  2. Complete your Windows credentials.
  3. When logged in, the Web Verifier window shows the domain and computer name in the top-right corner.
    Note: The Windows authentication form will not display if the current user is not configured for Web Verifier Windows authentication by the project administrator.
Troubleshooting

Issue: If a user works with more than one active session, it might happen that the first session expires while the user is, for example, validating a batch in another session.

In this case, an error message such as "Object reference not set to an instance of an object", might be displayed.

Resolution: Return to the batch list and open the required batch again.
