In Brainware Intelligent Capture, the flow of incoming documents follows a sequence of standard processing steps. One of the objectives of Brainware Intelligent Capture is to get documents to their recipients as quickly as possible.
Runtime Server executes automatic steps that include document import with batch creation, OCR and layout analysis, classification, extraction, export, and clean-up. After the automatic steps there are two manual verification steps for quality control.
If Runtime Server detects that the batch contains invalid results, the user manually analyzes and resolves the problem. Invalid batches appear in a task list called Batch View. When Brainware Intelligent Capture finishes processing a batch, the documents are sent to their recipients.
