Batch view columns display the following information about a batch.
- ID
- A number for uniquely identifying a batch.
- State
- An integer between 0 and 999 that indicates the progress of batch processing. The state also indicates whether the batch is ready for verification.
- Priority
- An integer between 1 and 9 that indicates the urgency for processing a batch. 1 is the highest priority and 9 is the lowest.
- Name
- An arbitrary name that is easier to read than the batch ID.
- Folders
- Folders organize documents in a batch. The value in this column indicates the number of folders inside the batch.
- Documents
- The value in this column indicates the number of documents inside the batch.
- Last user/Module
- This displays the most recent person or computer, and application to process the batch.
- Last Access
- This displays the most recent person or computer, and application to process the batch.
- Client
- The owner of the BIC license. Contains N/A; not in use yet.
- Last user/Module
- This displays the most recent person or computer, and application that processed the batch.
- Last Access
- Displays the latest processing date.
- External Group ID
- The group ID relates to the security of the batch. It is a unique ID that assigns batches to a user group.
- External Batch ID
- The external batch ID is the name of the Batch Group. You can use this ID to represent any piece of information you would like to associate with a batch, such as an external system ID or a storage box ID.
- Transaction ID
- Batches have transaction IDs to identify originators of batches of documents. This allows the developer to synchronize a new batch of documents with another external system.
- Transaction Type
- Transaction Types helps to identify the type of documents in batches. This allows the developer to synchronize a new batch of documents with another external system.
Note: The External group ID, External Batch ID, Transaction ID, and
Transaction Type columns, do not display by default. For more information, see
