Notes

  • Each Preview page has its own URL that you can share with other users.

  • To preview documents with more than 1000 pages, you have to modify the DocFilter_LimitsPageCount key in the Composer.MWS.exe.config file. See the Content Composer Advanced Design and Setup Guide for more information.

To preview a document:

  1. In the left pane, select a document that has already been generated.
  2. In the right pane, click the Preview tab.
    The document preview is displayed in the Preview pane.
  3. To access the navigation features, point with the mouse to the bottom of the Preview pane.

    Use any of the following navigation features:

    Page Navigation

    Use the arrows to display the previous or the next page or enter a page number in the field.

    Note: You can also navigate up and down by scrolling with the mouse wheel.

    Zoom

    Use the buttons to zoom in and zoom out or enter the percentage value in the field.

    Note: You can also zoom in and out by pressing Ctrl and scrolling with the mouse wheel. When using a high zoom factor, you can pan with the mouse.
