To view a communication:

From the
Communications pane, select a communication.
The Communications pane opens. All contained documents are listed below Document Name.
If the communication is locked in another session, the Lock Communication dialog is displayed. Click OK to open the communication anyway or Cancel to return to the communication list.

To view the text blocks of a document, select the document.
The text blocks are displayed in the right pane.
- To return to the communication list, in the upper-left corner, click Communications.
