To install the IXOS service as a Standalone Windows Service, complete the following steps.
  1. Unpack the “IxosService.war” file in the directory of your choice.
  2. To register the IXOS Service as an independent service in Windows, navigate to the [IxosService]\WEB-INF\classes\service-wrapper\ directory and execute the InstallIxos-NT.bat file.
