Exporting Audit Events - Administration Portal - Current - Current - Ready - Hyland Experience - external

Download a report containing details for all audit events that match your search criteria.

1. Open the Administration Portal.
2. Select the Account tab under the banner.
   The Account Details page is displayed.
3. In the sidebar, click Audit.
   The Audit page is displayed.
4. Click Export Audit Events in the upper-right corner of the Audit page.
   The Export Events dialog box is displayed. If you retrieved a list of audit events before performing this step, then the Area and Date Range fields are automatically populated with the values you used to retrieve the event list.
5. If necessary, select a context from the Area drop-down list.
   • Select Account to view account-level audit events. Examples include user login and logout events.
   • Select a specific environment to view audit events from applications associated with that environment.
6. If necessary, enter or select a range of dates in the Date Range field.
7. Click Export Events.
   The Export Events dialog box is closed. On the Audit page, the Export Audit Events button is unavailable while the report is being generated. When the report is ready, it is automatically downloaded to your workstation as a .zip file. The name of the .zip file starts with Audit, followed by the date range and deployment area you specified.
   If an error message is displayed, then the report could not be generated using the parameters you entered. Try exporting events again using a smaller date range.
