Use the Administration Portal to remove external identity providers that are obsolete or that were configured in error.

Note: Removing an identity provider could prevent users from logging into the system. It is recommended to disable an identity provider before removing it entirely from the system.

To remove an external identity provider from Hyland Experience:

  1. Open the Administration Portal.
  2. Select the Identity tab under the banner.
    The Users page is displayed.
  3. In the sidebar, click Identity Providers.
    The Identity Providers page is displayed.
  4. Select the identity provider you want to remove.
    The identity provider configuration settings are displayed.
  5. Click the Actions button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  6. Select Delete Identity Provider.
    You are prompted to confirm that you want to delete the identity provider.
  7. Click Delete Identity Provider to continue removing the identity provider configuration from Hyland Experience.
    The identity provider configuration is deleted, and a confirmation message is displayed.
