If you have a verified Hyland Experience user account that works with local authentication, then you can sign in with your email address and Hyland Experience password.

To sign in using your Hyland Experience password:

  1. Open a Hyland Experience URL in a web browser.
The Hyland Experience sign-in page is displayed.
  2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  3. Click Continue.
You are prompted for your password.
  4. Enter your Hyland Experience password in the Password field.
    • To preserve your session, select Remember Me. This option allows you to resume your session without signing in again when you need to reopen the application.

      Note:

If you are using a shared computer, selecting Remember Me is not recommended.

    • If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password? to request a password reset. For more information, see Resetting Your Password.

  5. Click Continue.
  6. If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required, do one of the following:
    • If prompted to set up MFA, see Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication.

    • If you already have MFA set up, enter the verification code from your authenticator app, and then click Submit.

If you do not have access to your authenticator app, click Login using a recovery code. You can then sign in using one of the recovery codes you were given when you set up MFA. If you cannot use a recovery code, contact your administrator to request an MFA reset.
