If you forget your password, you can request a password reset. You can also use this process to request a new account activation link if you have not yet activated your user account.

To reset your password:

  1. When prompted for your password, click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your Hyland Experience email address in the field provided.
  3. Click Submit.
    An email with a link to reset your password is sent to the address you specified.
  4. Click the reset password link in the email you received from Hyland Experience.
    The reset password page is displayed.
  5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  6. Enter the password again in the Confirm New Password field.
  7. Click Reset.
    A confirmation message is displayed.
