If your organization has federated identity set up, you may be able to sign in to Hyland Experience using a SAML identity provider.

To sign in with an identity provider:

  1. Open a Hyland Experience URL in a web browser.
    If you are not signed in automatically, the Hyland Experience sign-in page is displayed.
  2. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  3. Click Continue.
    You are either redirected to the identity provider or prompted to choose an identity provider.
  4. If prompted, select the identity provider you are using to authenticate with Hyland Experience.
  5. Proceed to sign in using the identity provider.
