To modify the security options:
- To open the Local Security Policy, in the Windows search box, enter secpol.msc.
- In the Local Security Policy window, navigate to Local Policies > Security Options.
- Locate the Interactive logon: Do not require CTRL + ALT + DEL policy and set its security setting to Enabled.
- Locate the Interactive logon: Message text for users attempting to log on policy and ensure that its security setting does not contain a value.
- Locate the Interactive logon: Message title for users attempting to log on policy and ensure that its security setting does not contain a value.
