After registering the instance and agent to connect the client to the API, complete the following steps to set up a process to run on an instance:
  1. Create and configure a process.

    See the section on processes within the Hyland RPA Platform - Web Manager documentation for more information.

    Important: Add an .ampro process file.

  2. Create a group in which you add the process and the agent.

    See the section on groups within the Hyland RPA Platform - Web Manager documentation for more information.

  3. Upload the activity version used in the process file.

    See the section on activities within the Hyland RPA Platform - Web Manager documentation for more information.

  4. Ensure that the instance, process, and group are activated.
    Your process is set up to run.
  5. To verify that your agents can process tasks:
    1. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, click Tasks.
    2. Create a task for your process.
