The RPA Conductor service appears to be running, but is not pulling tasks, and it appears
to be disconnected from the RPA Platform. This is due to an architectural
change.
Solution:
- In Windows Services, stop the Hyland RPA Conductor service.
- In Windows File Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\HylandRPA.
- This folder contains another HylandRPA folder. Rename this one to _HylandRPA.
- Copy the content of the folder C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\HylandRPA to C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\HylandRPA.
- Restart the Hyland RPA Conductor service.
- Verify that RPA Conductor executes tasks again.
