Your license key has been renewed, but the updated expiration date is not displayed in Web Manager.
  1. Solution 1:
    1. Update the RPA Platform to version 24.1 or later.
    2. Update the RPA Conductor to version 24.1 or later.
    3. Verify that the license key metadata has been updated.
  2. Solution 2:
    1. In RPA Web Manager, request a deactivation for the Conductor.
    2. Update the license key.
    3. Activate the Conductor.
    4. Verify that the license key metadata has been updated.
