The Conductor requires an additional plug-in to support full-feature integration between the Hyland RPA Conductor and the Hyland Login Service. The plug-in enables the Conductor to logout from its current windows session after a completed task. Perform the following steps to install the plug-in:
  1. Open Windows Explorer.
  2. Navigate to the unzipped Hyland Login Service distribution folder.
  3. Open the sub-folder Conductor Enterprise Plug-in.
  4. Copy the Plugins folder to the Hyland RPA Conductor root directory.
