Hyland RPA Manager is the central administrative tool used to manage and monitor bot performance and enables you to create and manage the following performance data:
- Client: See About the Client Table in the Hyland RPA Manager documentation.
- Processor ID: See About Processors in the Hyland RPA Manager documentation.
- Task Type ID PRO/DCO: About Task Types in the Hyland RPA Manager documentation.
- Production ID: See About Productions in the Hyland RPA Manager documentation.
Please review the chapters for the rationale and background of these data elements.
When Hyland RPA Manager is started for the first time, a new database connection needs to be established. For information on how to establish a connection, see Configuring the Database Connection in the Hyland RPA Manager documentation..
Note: There are two different error messages which may occur:
- Wrong database version
- Database culture is not properly set.
If these appear, you should contact the associated administrator.
