There are several reasons why online license activation might fail.
Possible Reasons
- Ports or URLs are blocked due to company regulations and the privacy policy of the user's intranet.
- No Internet connection.
- Required IPs for our license services are blocked by enterprise firewall
Solution: Ensure to whitelist the following IPs in your firewall:
54.147.158.222 54.147.163.93 54.144.124.187 54.144.46.201
In all cases, you can still activate the license offline. For this purpose, an offline activation request key is generated. The user can use this key to activate the license in our license portal. After successful license activation, the user will receive a response key, which they can use in RPA Designer for activation.
