Signing In to RPA Platform or Changing the Settings - Designer - Foundation 24.1 - Foundation 24.1 - Ready - Hyland RPA - external

To sign in for the first time or to change the location of the RPA Platform:
  1. In RPA Platform, in the upper-right corner, click and then click Administration.
  2. In the left pane, click Settings.
    The Settings pane is displayed.
  3. Click Download config.
    The PlatformConnectionParameters.json file is downloaded to the Windows Downloads folder.
  4. In RPA Designer, the upper right corner, click RPA Platform > Change Connection Settings.
    The Change Settings dialog box is displayed.
  5. Click Import.
    The Open dialog box is displayed.
  6. Navigate to the downloaded PlatformConnectionParameters.json file and click Open.
    Note: If the file is not available, you can enter the URLs manually.
    URL Example
    Identity Server URL https://[domain_name]/identity
    Heart URL https://[domain_name]/heart
    Policy Server URL https://[domain_name]/policy
    The URLs are passed to the appropriate fields.
  7. Click Save Changes.
  8. Click Sign In.
