The Align feature helps you to keep your workflow organized and clear. Do the following:

  1. In the Workflow pane, select two or more activities.
  2. To align the selected activities, right-click, select Align and then one of the following options.
    Option Description
    Left Align selected items to the leftmost activity of all selected activities, without changing their vertical position.
    Right Align selected items to the most right of all selected activities without changing their vertical position.
    Vertical center Align the selected items to the vertical center of all selected activities.
    Horizontal center Align the selected items to the horizontal center of all selected activities.
    Top Align selected items to the top activity of all selected activities.
    Bottom Align selected items to the bottom activity of all selected activities.
    Distribute vertically Align selected objects in a line along the vertical axis, with equal spacing between activities.
    Distribute horizontally Align selected objects in a line along the horizontal axis, with equal spacing between activities.
