Some applications provide functions with keyboard shortcuts for ease of use. For these applications, Hyland RPA provides activities that simulate the pressing of a key or shortcut on a keyboard.

The activity simulates pressing keys on a keyboard. For inexperienced users, we recommend using the drop-down menu to select the keys. It is possible to write a whole text with this activity.
Similar to the Press Key activity, this activity simulates pressing the keyboard. However, this activity allows the user to press multiple keys in sequence to trigger the hotkeys.
